Winglark

Conference

Several rooms, several kinds of guest, one list that holds.

Delegates, speakers, press and staff arrive with different needs and at the same time. Winglark invites each of them properly, asks what they plan to attend, and keeps the doors moving on ordinary phones.

Invitation ideas

Invitation ideas for this event

The invitations shown here are ideas made with AI, something to dream from rather than templates to fill in. For your own conference, Winglark’s AI assistant creates the artwork and drafts the words, on plans that include it — and the names, the dates and the venue stay exactly as you entered them.

Made with AI

An invitation like this can be yours.

Describe the mood to Winglark’s AI assistant. It creates the artwork and drafts the words for your event, and your names, date and venue sit on top exactly as you entered them.

The AI assistant is included in the Professional and Agency plans.

Conference

What you can set up

  1. Programme, rooms and speakers

Build the running order item by item, each with its time, its room and who is speaking. The guest page shows it in order, so the invitation and the day agree.

  2. Guests by type

Mark each guest as a delegate, speaker, press or staff. Filter the guest list and the invitations by type, and the guest report counts every group.

  3. Session choices, in their words

A suggested reply question asks which sessions each guest plans to attend. The answers come out in the replies export, ready for sizing the rooms.

  4. Invitations in your brand

Your logo, colours and type on the invitation, previewed before a single email leaves.

  5. Several doors at once

With door check-in on your plan or added to the event, registration desks and room doors scan on ordinary phones, even offline, and every scan joins one count.

  6. Reports people ask for afterwards

Arrivals by hour and by door, turnout against the replies, and an export of who came and when — the numbers for the debrief and next year’s budget.

What your guests see

Your guests’ experience

Guests never need an account. They open an invitation, answer in a minute, and walk in with a code on their phone.

Conference

How people use it

A two-day summit

Four hundred delegates, forty speakers and a press desk. Guest types keep each group clear on the list; the arrivals report shows when the lobby peaked.

An internal conference

Employees invited from one clean list, with staff and speakers marked apart, and attendance confirmed for the reporting that follows.

A partner day with limited seats

Session interest arrives with the replies and reads straight out of the export, so the workshop room is sized before the day, not on it.

Questions

Can we sell tickets for a conference?

Paid places are activated with our team for eligible Agency members, on request. Invitations, replies and check-in work without it.

Can several people scan at the same time?

Yes, with door check-in. Several doors and rooms scan at once on ordinary phones, and all of them feed one live count.

Do plus-ones apply to conferences?

They are off by default for conferences, because each delegate is invited by name. You can allow them if your event needs it.

Your first event is free.

Fifty guests, real invitations, real replies. Request access and we will open your workspace.
