AfterFlow

The event ends. The relationship doesn’t.

After the last guest leaves, AfterFlow reads what actually happened — who came, who was missed, who shared something — and drafts the right follow-up for each. You review, approve and choose when; MailFlow sends.

  • Audiences from real records
  • Nothing sent without you
  • Unsubscribes honoured

One evening, four letters

Not one message for everybody.

The guest who came, the one who said yes and could not, the VIP, the one whose photos made the night: each receives what fits them, in their own language.

Illustrative event and people. The letters on this page are rendered by the real AfterFlow.

Audiences are facts

Read from the door, the replies and the evening itself.

A door scan, an RSVP, the guest type, a photo sent through MomentFlow, a message left in VoiceBook, a session in somebody’s day. An audience exists only when the records hold it — and “did not come” only when the door was actually scanned.

No guessing about absence
Without door check-in, nobody is told they were missed.
Recommended, not sent
Thank attendees, follow up with no-shows, acknowledge contributors — suggested only where there is an audience.
One kind, once
A guest is never sent the same kind of follow-up twice for one event.

You decide

Review. Edit. Approve. Choose when.

Each follow-up starts as a draft with the template’s words in each guest’s language. Write your own if you prefer, preview the letter, then approve it — approving fixes who it goes to. Nothing leaves before that.

  1. When the event ends
  2. Next morning, 09:00
  3. 24 hours after it ends
  4. Choose a date and time

Scheduled follow-ups go with the hourly send you already have — no new process running in the background.

A recap built from the evening

Highlights only where they are real.

Guests who came, photos shared, messages left, sessions held — printed only when the records hold them, with the gallery link only when the gallery is open. No invented numbers, no stock photography.

One question

How was it? One to five, and a line if they want.

From the follow-up or from Companion after the event. Opening the link records nothing — the guest confirms on the page — so the results are answers, not mail scanners.

The next event starts here

From one evening to the next invitation.

  1. The event

The door, the replies, the photos, the messages.

  2. The follow-up

AfterFlow thanks, recaps and asks — approved by you.

  3. The audience

Guests who want to hear from you stay in AudiencePass.

  4. The next invitation

Written to people who said yes to hearing from you.

Their choice holds

A follow-up never outranks an unsubscribe.

Every follow-up is checked at the moment it goes against the same rule every Winglark send obeys: the organisation’s suppressions, and every person who unsubscribed, left your audience or refused consent.

One rule everywhere
Leaving from a follow-up stops invitations and audience mail from you too.
One click out
Every follow-up carries a link and a mail-client unsubscribe that work in one step.
No tracking pixels
Opens and clicks are not collected. Results are what was sent, delivered and answered.
Yours, not ours
Guests are your organisation’s; Winglark never writes to them for itself.

Questions

Does AfterFlow send anything automatically?

No. It suggests and drafts. A person approves each follow-up and chooses when it goes.

What if we did not scan tickets at the door?

Then attendance is not known, and there is no “we missed you” audience. You can still thank everyone who replied yes.

Can I write my own text?

Yes. Leave it empty for the template in each guest’s language, or write your own — it goes to everyone as written.

Will someone who unsubscribed receive a follow-up?

No. The check happens at the moment of sending, with the same rule as every other Winglark send.

Do you track opens and clicks?

No. Results show what was sent, delivered, bounced and answered — and the feedback guests gave.

Keep the conversation going.

Thank the people who came, miss the ones who could not, and invite them all back.
