Clean the list
ListGuardA bad list is not discovered when you import it. It is discovered at the door.
Import what you were sent — a spreadsheet, a paste, an export from somebody else’s system — and see what is wrong with it before anything goes out.
Every finding is a proposal, and every proposal keeps the original next to it. Nothing is quietly rewritten and nothing is silently dropped.
Addresses are checked for a deliverable domain, not confirmed as real mailboxes. Winglark will not tell you an address is good; it will tell you when one cannot possibly be.

Create the experience
TemplateForgeAn invitation that looks like the event, not like software.
Start from a brief, arrange the composition, and publish a version. What guests already hold does not change until you say so.
Every design is versioned. An event points at one version, so publishing a change never rewrites the invitation somebody is looking at.
Drafts copy against the event’s real date, venue and deadline, and rejects anything that contradicts them.
