SponsorFlow

Turn event attention into measurable opportunity.

Sponsors and exhibitors meet the people who chose to meet them. A participant scans a stand’s code, reads exactly what would be shared, and decides on their own phone. The booth gets a consented contact, the interests they named and a meeting request — and the organiser gets the numbers.

  • Consent on the participant’s phone
  • One sponsor at a time
  • Counts, not guesses

Visit, consent, lead, meeting, follow-up

Press share on the left. Watch it arrive on the right.

On the left, a participant at the stand, in Companion. On the right, the booth’s own console. Nothing crosses until the participant says yes.

  1. VisitThe stand’s code opens the sponsor in Companion. Counted as a visit; nothing about the person is shared.
  2. ConsentThe fields that would go, named, and one sentence naming the sponsor. The button is the agreement.
  3. LeadThe booth sees a contact, the interests chosen, and who brought it in.
  4. MeetingA meeting request with a time that suits them, arranged by the booth.
  5. Follow-upRated Hot, Warm or Cold by the team, noted, and exported as the sponsor’s own CSV.

A visit is not a lead

No silent lead harvesting.

A scanned code, a sponsor card read in Companion, a Event Passport stamp at the stand: each is counted, once per person, and none of them hands over a name. Only the participant’s yes does that.

Their phone, their yes
Staff cannot scan a person into a lead. The participant shares, from their own Companion.
One sponsor at a time
Sharing with one sponsor shares nothing with the next stand, and nothing with the organiser.
Stopping is real
One tap ends it. The sponsor keeps a line that says so, and the details are removed at once.

For the people at the stand

A console for the booth, not a key to the event.

Each staff member gets a personal link from the organiser. It opens their sponsor’s leads, their own code and their numbers — never the guest list, never another sponsor.

Own code, own credit
Each person can show their own code; shares through it are credited to them.
Two roles
Booth staff capture and work leads. The sponsor lead also sees the team and exports.
Removed in one step
The organiser can replace or remove a link; it stops at once.

For the organiser

Sponsor performance, in counts you can stand behind.

Visitors per stand, consented contacts, meeting requests, Event Passport visits at each stand, staff with access. No invented revenue: Winglark does not know what a lead was worth, so it does not say.

Built for privacy-conscious people

Every yes is written down. So is every stop.

Each consent is recorded with the sponsor, the event, the moment, the wording’s version and the language it was read in. A sponsor’s export holds that sponsor’s leads and nobody else’s.

Exactly what goes
Name, email, company and job title — shown to the participant before they agree.
Least privilege
Staff see their sponsor. The organiser sees counts. The platform sees operations, never leads.
Exports that stay honest
People who withdrew appear without their details, so a list taken earlier can be corrected.
Nothing scored
No AI rating, no prediction. Hot, Warm and Cold are the booth’s own words.

Questions

Can booth staff scan someone’s badge or ticket to get their details?

No. A door pass is for the door. A lead exists only when the participant shares from their own phone, with one named sponsor.

What does the participant share?

Name, email, company and job title. A guest on their own link sees what their invitation holds before agreeing and can correct the company and title; on the event’s open link they type it.

Does the organiser see the sponsors’ leads?

No. The organiser sees counts per sponsor. The leads and the booth’s notes belong to the sponsor.

Is a Event Passport visit at a stand a lead?

No. It is counted as a visit for that sponsor and nothing more.

Do you show revenue or ROI?

No. Winglark counts what happened at the stand. It does not know what a lead was worth, so it does not invent a figure.
