Don’t lose the people who walked through your door.

One permanent QR code for your venue. Everyone who scans it can hear about what you do next — no app, no account. Your next event starts before you create it.

One code that stays

Print it once. It works for years.

The code belongs to your organisation, not to an event. Put it on the door, the window, the counter, the catalogue — it keeps working through every exhibition, concert and conference you host.

Permanent by default
The code never expires and never changes unless you decide it should.
Replaceable when it matters
If a sticker is misused, regenerate it: the old code stops at once, the people who joined stay.
Opaque
The address in the code is random. It names nothing and nobody can guess another organisation’s.

Every event grows the next one

From a visitor at the door to a guest at your next opening.

Most venues meet hundreds of people a month and keep almost none of them. AudiencePass turns the door into the first step of a loop that feeds every event after it.

  1. A visitor scans

At the door, the bar or the catalogue.

  2. They stay invited

Name, email, one tick. Confirmed by email.

  3. You invite them

Choose the audience or a segment for an event.

  4. They become guests

Invitations, answers and the door, as always.

  5. They come back

And bring the next visitor to the door.

Every event grows the next one

Try it

Join Galeria Nova’s audience — and watch it arrive.

Fill in the phone on the left as a visitor would. The organiser’s screen on the right counts you in and shows which code you came through. Nothing leaves this page.

Where people join

One audience, many doors — and you see which one worked.

Add a code for each place: the entrance, the exit, the bar, a table card, a catalogue, your website. Every code feeds the same audience; each keeps its own count.

Joined during an event — only when it is certain

A code made for one opening attributes everyone to that opening. A permanent code attributes a scan to an event only when it was the one event you were running at that moment. Otherwise it says nothing rather than guess.

A sign worth putting up

Made for the doors of places people love.

A jazz club’s black door, a hotel’s brass and glass, a bookshop’s green frame, a museum’s glass wall. The sticker comes in four finishes so it belongs on each — and tells every visitor the door has more to say.

  • Pine

Deep green with your colour as the ring. The door sticker.

  • Paper

Cream and ink. For light doors and windows.

  • Noir

Black with a brass ring. For dark doors, bars and clubs.

  • Glass

White ink on clear vinyl. Reads as if etched into the glass.

Illustrative venues. Every sticker shown is the print kit’s own output.

The print kit

A sticker a gallery would actually put on its door.

Eleven pieces from one design — door and window stickers, counter and table cards, posters, a business card, a small card, a screen, a story, a website badge. Your name, your colour, the code with the quiet zone a phone needs. Winglark’s line stays small.

PDF for the print shop, PNG at 300 dpi, SVG for designers, and the code alone. In any of five languages.

Your audience

Not a spreadsheet. A list that knows who said yes.

Every contact carries where they joined, when, in which language, what they said they are interested in, and the exact state of their consent.

Confirmed or not, and how
Double opt-in by default: nobody counts until they press the link in their inbox. A single-step mode is there for doors where speed matters.
Segments you name
Collectors, press, students, members — tag people and invite a segment.
One person, one record
Scanning the entrance and then the catalogue adds a visit, not a duplicate.
Your list to take
Download it as CSV whenever you like. It is your organisation’s data.

From audience to event

Your next event starts with the people who already came.

Choose an event and who to invite. Winglark checks everyone, shows who is held back and why, and adds the rest as guests. You send the invitations from the event, as always — nothing goes out on its own.

Spring Exhibition — Opening Night

1,184 people can be invited

96 are held back
  • 61 left your audience
  • 23 haven’t confirmed yet
  • 12 mail can’t reach
Linked, not merged
Each guest remembers the audience contact they came from, so you can see who was invited, who answered and who came.
Never twice
Somebody already on the guest list is not added again.
The same rule at send time
When the invitations go out, MailFlow asks again. A person who left in between is not written to.

Part of the event, not beside it

It feeds the tools you already use.

  • ReachLab

Campaigns respect the same decisions: a person who left your audience is unsubscribed there too, and the other way round.

  • MailFlow

First invitations check the platform rule before they go, and carry a one-click way out.

  • InvitePulse

People from your audience arrive as guests of an event, ready for the invitation flow.

  • GatePass

When they come, the door records it — and the audience shows who came.

Two promises

Your audience is yours. Their choice is theirs.

To the organisation

The people who join through your code are your organisation’s contacts. Winglark processes them to run your list and send what you choose to send. It does not use them for its own advertising, does not add them to any Winglark list and does not show them to any other customer.

To the person who joins

You can leave whenever you want, in one press, from the link in the messages you receive. Winglark enforces that decision itself: the organisation cannot add you back — not by hand, not by importing a list, not by asking you to scan again. Only you can rejoin, from your own link.

How it is enforced

A decision the organiser cannot lift
Leaving writes a suppression on Winglark’s side. There is no button anywhere that removes it.
Imports cannot bring people back
An address that left stays out when it appears in a list, however many times it is uploaded.
One rule on every path
AudiencePass, ReachLab and MailFlow invitations ask the same question before they write to anybody.
Kept apart
The same person in two organisations is two unrelated records. Neither can see the other.
Deleted means deleted
When someone asks to be removed, their details go; only an unreadable mark stays, so they are never added back by mistake.
Nothing quietly collected
No IP address and no device fingerprint are kept with the consent — the sentence they agreed to, when, and in which language.

Leaving, protected by Winglark

The way out is Winglark’s, not the organisation’s.

Every AudiencePass message carries a link to a page Winglark runs: one press, no reasons asked, no maze. Invitations sent to your audience carry a one-click unsubscribe that mail apps show beside the sender.

Galeria Nova

Your place in Galeria Nova’s audience

You’ve left Galeria Nova’s audience.

You won’t receive event news from Galeria Nova through Winglark any more.

This is enforced by Winglark. Galeria Nova cannot add you back or reverse it; only you can, from this page.

Changed your mind? Rejoining is up to you alone.

Rejoin the list

For places that host people again and again

Wherever people come back.

  • Galleries and museums

Every visitor to this exhibition is an invitation to the next opening.

  • Concert and club venues

A code at the bar fills the next show’s first row.

  • Conference venues

Attendees of one conference hear about the next one, on your terms.

  • Workshop spaces

Students who came once return when the next class opens.

  • Restaurants with events

Tasting nights and supper clubs, announced to guests who asked.

  • Festivals and communities

One audience that carries from one edition to the next.

Abuse limits
Sign-ups are limited per network and per address, with quiet traps for scripts and no CAPTCHA for people.
No probing
The page answers the same whether an address is new, already there, or has left.
Your team, your roles
Owners, managers and marketing managers run it; others see only what their role allows.
A full history
Codes created, regenerated and retired, imports, removals and every refusal are recorded.

Questions

Does a visitor need an app or an account?

No. They scan with their phone camera, write their first name and email, tick one box and press one button.

Is the code really permanent?

Yes. It belongs to your organisation, not to an event, and keeps working until you regenerate it — which you would only do if a printed code was misused.

What is double opt-in, and do I have to use it?

A person is on your list only after pressing the link we email them. It is the default because it proves the address is theirs. You can switch to single-step joining in settings.

Can I import the list I already have?

Yes, as CSV, after confirming that these people agreed to hear from you. Anybody who previously left your audience stays left.

Someone left by mistake. Can I add them back?

No — and that is the point. They can rejoin themselves from the link in any message they received, or by scanning and confirming again.

Does Winglark send marketing to my audience?

No. Winglark sends only what your organisation sends — confirmations, and the invitations you choose to send.

Does it send text messages?

Not today. A person can tell you they would accept texts, and that preference is recorded, but nothing is sent by SMS from AudiencePass.

Which events count as “joined during an event”?

A code made for one event counts everyone who used it. A permanent code counts a scan only when exactly one of your in-person events was running at that moment. When it is not certain, nothing is attributed.

Your door is already full of people. Keep them.

Print one code. Watch your audience grow with every event — and invite it to the next one.
