Winglark

Free tools

Free event planning tools

Six tools for the jobs every event has, from the budget to the door. Each one does the whole job here, for free, without an account — and what you type stays in your browser.

7 tools, free, in five languages.

A planner’s table: a printed guest list with ticks, a seating sketch, a calendar with dates circled and a phone showing a QR code.

What every tool promises

Free, with no account
No sign-up, no trial, no email address asked for before the download. The tools are free to use as often as you need them.
Nothing leaves your browser
Your guest names, addresses and amounts are worked on inside this page. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored when you close it.
Files you can keep
Excel, CSV, PDF, calendar files, PNG and SVG — ordinary formats that open without us and never expire. The PDF carries a small Winglark credit at its foot.

Want the reasoning behind the numbers?

Every tool is built on one of our guides: how long before the event to invite, which columns a guest list needs, how QR tickets stay safe. The guides are free too.

Questions

Are the tools really free?

Yes. There is no paid version of these tools and no limit on how often you use them. They exist because the same questions come up at every event, and answering them well is how people find Winglark.

Do you see or keep what I type?

No. The tools run in your browser: the names, addresses and amounts you enter are not sent to Winglark and are gone when you close the page. The files are made on your own device.

Do I need Winglark to use the files?

No. The spreadsheets open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets, the calendar files in any calendar, the QR codes in any camera. The guest list and seating files are also laid out so Winglark’s guest import reads them if you ever use it.

See it on your own event.

Winglark is in early access. Request access, a person reviews it, and an invitation to your workspace follows.
