Winglark for journalists

A description you can quote, the facts, logos and screenshots you may use, and a direct line for comment on guest lists, replies, event check-in and event software.

Photographers and a journalist with a notebook wait behind a rope at the candlelit entrance of an evening event.

About Winglark

Use either text as it stands, or shorten it. Copy puts it on your clipboard.

In one paragraph
Winglark is event software that keeps an event in one place, from the invitation to the door: designed invitations, one clean guest list, replies, messages, tickets and QR check-in, then a live page for guests and the follow-up afterwards. It is built for companies, agencies and venues, works in five languages and has been in early access since 2026.
In full
Winglark is event software for the people who run events: companies, agencies, venues and private hosts. It keeps every guest in one record from the first invitation to the last follow-up. Organisers design invitations, send them by email, collect replies with meal choices and companions, and check guests in at the door by scanning a QR code on a phone. During the event, guests open one page for the programme, photos and questions; afterwards the organiser sends the follow-up from the same list. Winglark works in English, Turkish, German, French and Spanish. A free plan covers events of up to 50 guests; paid plans start at $29 a month, and a single event costs from $99. Winglark has been in early access since 2026.

What we can comment on

We answer from building the product and from the guides we publish, not from a press script.

  • Guest lists: keeping one clean list, duplicates, companions and dietary needs
  • Replies and deadlines: when to send invitations, reminders and the last call
  • Check-in at the door: QR codes, queues and what to do when the internet drops
  • Corporate events and agencies: one team, many clients, each with its own brand
  • Event software: what to automate, what to keep personal, and data protection
  • Planning on a budget: free templates and tools for small teams

Logos and screenshots

Free to use in coverage of Winglark. Screenshots show the product as it is today.

Please do not change the logo’s colours or proportions, or crop the screenshots in a way that changes what they show.
