Pricing
Start free. Pay when this is how you work.
One event free to start — a real one, not a demo. The plans exist for people who run events continuously, and each one is a bigger set of the same ceilings.
Winglark is in early access. The plans and prices below are the ones we intend to charge. While we bring people in, a plan is opened by request — ask for access to the one you have in mind, and we will write to you before billing opens.
Plans
Three plans, one ladder.
Each tier is a superset of the one below it. What changes is how much of the same product you can run at once — events, guests, sending, devices at the door, people on the team.

or $190 a year — two months free
Billed once a year: ten months of the monthly price.

Which plan fits
Three ways organisers use Winglark.
Starter
A gallery, a studio, one organiser
A handful of events a year, one at a time — an opening, a launch, a dinner — with a phone at the door when it matters.
Professional
A venue or an in-house events team
Several events open at the same time, a team sharing the work, more phones at the door, campaigns and advanced reports.
Agency
An agency or a production company
Events for many clients in parallel, each client’s records and brand kept apart, and the highest allowance on every line.
Every allowance, side by side.
The allowances published for each plan, grouped by the part of the product they belong to.
Assisted composition is built and not switched on yet. When it is, it comes with the plans marked as including it above.
Campaign sending is built and not switched on yet. When it is, the allowances above apply.
How plans work
One workspace, one plan, the same product at every size.
- A plan belongs to a workspace
- Everybody on your team works inside the same plan. Team seats count the people who can sign in to it.
- Each plan contains the one below it
- Nothing is taken away as you move up. What grows is how much you can run at once: events, guests, sending, doors and people.
- Live events and events created are different numbers
- “Events live at once” counts the events open at the same time. “Events created” counts every event you set up.
- Monthly and annual include the same
- The interval changes how often you pay, never what is included.
The free event
One real event, on us.
Not a trial of a demo — a small event run properly, from the imported list to the last reply. One per person, and it stays yours afterwards.
- Up to 50 guests
- One live event
- Full RSVP, with your event type’s questions
- Paste, CSV and Excel import
No card required. The Winglark mark stays on free invitations.
Not included, and worth knowing before you start
- QR check-in at the door — part of the paid plans, or a paid upgrade on the event
- Advanced reports, including real attendance against RSVP
- Removing the Winglark mark from invitations
- Extra team members — the free event is run by the account owner alone
Requesting access
What happens when you ask for a plan.
- 1
You request access
Tell us about your events and the plan you have in mind. It takes two minutes.
- 2
A person reviews it
Requests are read by the Winglark team, not scored by a machine.
- 3
An invitation follows
If your request is approved, an email arrives with a personal link to your workspace, valid for seven days.
- 4
You are in
Choose a password or continue with Google. Your workspace is ready, with the free event to run straight away.
Nothing is charged during early access. Billing opens later, and we will write to you before it does.
Questions people actually ask.
Is the first event really free?
Yes — real invitations, real replies, up to fifty guests. It is one free event per person, not per workspace, and the two things it does not include — the door and the advanced reports — are listed above before you sign up.
Can I buy a plan today?
Not yet. Winglark is in early access and plans are opened by request. Ask for access to the plan you have in mind and we will email you when billing opens. The free event does not depend on any of this.
Will I be charged when my access is approved?
No. Early access opens the product, not a subscription. Nothing is charged until billing opens, and we will write to you before it does.
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars, for every plan and both intervals.
Monthly or annual?
Both exist for every plan. The annual price is ten months, so a year costs two months less — and the interval only changes how often you pay, never what is included.
What happens to an event after it ends?
It stays in your account with its guest list and its report. Nothing expires and nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
Can I export my data?
At any time, on any tier including the free one — CSV and Excel for the rows, PDF for a summary you can hand over.
What does Agency actually add?
A workspace per client with the data separated on the server, the highest ceilings on every line above, your own brand on invitations and door screens, and one subscription covering all of it.
Not sure which one fits?
Tell us how many events you run, how big they are, and whether you need the door. We will tell you which tier is right — including when the answer is the free one.
