Venue Kit
Your code, made to stay.
Door stickers, table stands that answer a tap, brass plates for the front door. Made for your venue and coded by Winglark. What each one opens can still change after it is on the wall.
- QR and NFC
- Re-point a code at any time
- Quoted for your venue
A guest taps an oak table stand at a wine bar counter.
One code, many evenings
Printed once. Pointed wherever you need it.
Every piece carries a Winglark code, not a link to one page. In your panel you decide what it opens: your audience list this month, the event camera at Friday’s opening, a Event Passport zone during the festival.
- Change it without reprinting
- Choose a new destination in the panel; the brass plate on the door opens it from that moment.
- Taps and scans, counted apart
- Pieces with NFC are counted separately from the printed code, so you can see whether people tap or scan.
- It never breaks
- If your plan pauses, the code shows a calm page asking guests to speak to the staff, and starts working again when the plan does.

How a request works
From your list to your door.
No checkout and no price list. Every venue is different, so every request is read by a person.
Choose
Pick pieces and quantities here or in your panel, and say what each one should open.
We quote
The Winglark team reads the request and sends a quote to your panel and your inbox, usually within two working days.
You accept
Accept the quote in the panel and it is added to your account. Your codes exist from that moment and can be set up straight away.
Made and sent
We produce, encode and check every piece, then send it. About 20 working days from your acceptance to dispatch.

What a code can open

Who can ask
For every paid plan.

- Any paid plan
- Requests are made from the panel of a workspace on a paid plan.
- Annual Professional
- Includes one Starter kit. Choose it in your first request and the quote will show it.
- Agency
- Pieces carry only your client’s brand. On other plans a small line at the edge reads “Connected through Winglark”.
Questions
Why is there no price on the page?
Pieces, finishes, quantities and delivery differ from venue to venue. A request is read by a person and quoted for you; nothing is charged until you accept.
How long does it take?
About 20 working days from an accepted quote to dispatch, plus delivery. If you need it by a date, write it in the request and the quote will say whether that is possible.
Can I change what a code opens after it is printed?
Yes. Every piece carries a Winglark code. In your panel you choose what it opens, and you can change that as often as you like.
What happens if our plan ends?
The pieces keep working as objects. The code shows a calm page asking guests to speak to the staff, and opens your destination again as soon as the plan is active.
Do guests need an app?
No. Any phone camera reads the printed code, and most phones open an NFC piece with a tap.
Can we use our own brand?
Every piece is made with your name and colours. On the Agency plan the pieces carry only your client’s brand.
Can we print the codes ourselves?
Yes. AudiencePass has a free print kit for your own printer. Venue Kit is for pieces made to last, with NFC.
Choose your pieces. We will do the rest.
Send a request from your panel; the quote comes back to you there.
