Winglark

Networking

Know who is coming, and who they came to meet.

A networking evening succeeds when the right people meet. Winglark asks each guest for their company, their role and who they would like to meet, so the hosts can make introductions on purpose, and keeps a busy door moving on ordinary phones.

Invitation ideas

Invitation ideas for this event

The invitations shown here are ideas made with AI, something to dream from rather than templates to fill in. On the Professional and Agency plans, Winglark’s AI assistant creates artwork and drafts the words for your own networking event, and the names, the date and the venue stay exactly as you entered them.

An invitation like this can be yours.

Describe the mood to Winglark’s AI assistant. It creates the artwork and drafts the words for your event, and your names, date and venue sit on top exactly as you entered them.

What you can set up

  1. Company, job title and who they want to meet

Suggested reply questions ask for company and job title, both required, and who each guest would like to meet. The answers come out in the replies export, one column per question, for the hosts to plan introductions.

  2. Guests by type

Mark sponsors, speakers, press, VIPs and staff by guest type. Filter the list and the invitations by type, so sponsors and speakers can be invited first and followed up on their own.

  3. Lists from several sources

Import members, partners and past attendees as CSV or Excel. Errors and likely duplicates are shown for review before anyone is invited, and the combined list can be saved for the next event.

  4. A short programme

Doors, welcome, a few words from the sponsor, open networking: each item with its time, its room and its host, shown in order on the guest page.

  5. Named guests, plus-ones optional

Plus-ones are off by default for networking, because the list is the point. Switch them on if guests may bring a colleague.

  6. A fast door and a clear count

With door check-in, a paid option on the plans that include it or added to one event, several phones scan QR codes at once, even without signal. Arrivals by hour and turnout against replies follow in the report.

What your guests see

Your guests’ experience

Guests never need an account. They open an invitation, answer in a minute, and walk in with a code on their phone.

How people use it

A monthly members’ evening

A saved list reused each month, new members added and invited on their own, and the export showing who wants to meet whom before the hosts arrive.

A sponsor-backed industry mixer

Three hundred guests, sponsors marked apart, and a door that scans on three phones at once. The arrivals report shows the peak, for next year’s staffing.

An agency hosting for a client

The event is kept with the client it is for, and that client’s guests and replies stay apart from every other client’s data.

Questions

Does Winglark match guests automatically?

No. It collects who each guest would like to meet and puts the answers in the export; your hosts make the introductions.

Can we make company and job title optional?

Yes. Both arrive as required suggested questions; you can make them optional, reword them or remove them.

Can we follow up with people who have not replied?

Filter the list to guests without a reply and send the invitation again. It uses the same link, and answers already given are kept.

Can we charge an entry fee?

Paid places are activated with our team for eligible Agency members, on request. Invitations, replies and check-in work without them.

Your first event is free.

Fifty guests, real invitations, real replies. Request access and we will open your workspace.
