Dinner
A suggested reply question asks each guest to choose meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan, and it is required by default. Rename the options to match the menu, or remove the question if the kitchen serves one set menu.
A second suggested question leaves room for allergies and anything else the kitchen must know. The answers sit with each reply, never lost in a forwarded email.
