Most customers learn Winglark on a call. You run those calls: the first session after signing, the refresher before a big event, the session for a new colleague. You teach in your own language and in English, you know the product in detail, and you make a complicated evening feel simple.
What you will do
- Run live training sessions on video for organisers and their teams.
- Run the refreshers before large events and the sessions for new team members.
- Answer the questions that come after a session, and write them down as short guides.
- Record the walkthroughs other customers can watch again.
- Tell the product team where people get stuck.
Your first three months
- Weeks 1–4
Learn every part of Winglark until you can teach it without notes; run your own event on it.
- Weeks 5–8
Co-teach sessions, then lead your own first ones.
- Weeks 9–12
A regular schedule of sessions in your languages, and your first written guides.

What we are looking for
- At least two years of experience teaching software, running onboarding, or running events.
- Native or near-native command of your country’s language, and flawless English, spoken and written.
- A quiet place to work, a reliable connection, and a good camera and microphone.
- The ability to explain the same thing three ways without losing patience.
- Availability across time zones for part of the week.
What makes it even better
- A third language, especially Turkish, German, French or Spanish.
- Experience writing help guides or recording tutorials.
- Experience with event software.
The terms
- Hybrid
- You work from home and from your city. Partnerships and city trainers spend part of every week with customers, at venues and at the industry’s own events.
- Your language and flawless English
- You speak the language of the country you apply from as a native or near-native speaker, and your English is flawless, spoken and written. Our team, our documents and many customers work in English.
- One per city, then evenly
- Each city starts with one person per role. We add the second when that city’s events call for it, and we keep the cities growing together.
- Pay
- Partnerships roles are paid a fixed salary plus commission. Trainers are paid a fixed salary. The figures depend on the city and are set out in the first conversation.
- Hours
- Partnerships roles are full time. Trainer roles are full time, or part time where a city’s volume calls for it — the posting and the conversation say which.
- The product is the tool
- You run your own demonstrations in Winglark, with real events built for the purpose. You are trained on it before your first customer and you hear about every change before it reaches them.
