Explain Winglark to the event agencies, convention centres and large venues of your city, and bring them on board.

You are Winglark in your city. You know who runs the events there — the agencies, the hotels’ event teams, the convention centres, the venues that host a gala one night and a product launch the next — and you know who decides. You show them how their own evening runs on Winglark, and you turn the conversation into an agreement.

What you will do

  • Build the list of the agencies, venues and corporate event teams that matter in your city, and keep it current.
  • Open the conversation: introductions, the industry’s own events, a well-written message, a visit.
  • Run demonstrations on the customer’s kind of evening — their guest list, their invitation, their door with GatePass.
  • Agree the plan, the terms and the start date, and bring in the trainer for the first event.
  • Stay close after the signature: the second event, the next team, the agency’s other clients.
  • Tell us what the city asks for, so the product hears it from the people who use it.

Your first three months

  1. Weeks 1–4

Learn Winglark end to end and run your own event on it. Map the city: the fifty organisations that matter most and who decides in each.

  2. Weeks 5–8

Your first meetings and demonstrations. Your first event at an industry evening, with Winglark in your pocket.

  3. Weeks 9–12

Your first agreements, and the first customer event run with the city trainer.

Who you work with

  • Agency founders and producers
  • Venue and hotel event directors
  • Corporate event and communications teams
  • Your city’s trainer, and the founder

What we are looking for

  • At least four years of selling to, or working in, the events industry: agencies, venues, hotels or corporate events.
  • A network in your city’s event world, and the habit of building one.
  • Native or near-native command of your country’s language, and flawless English, spoken and written.
  • The calm to run a live demonstration in front of a room, and the patience to listen before you show anything.
  • The right to work in the country you apply from.
  • Living in, or within easy reach of, the city you apply for.

What makes it even better

  • Experience selling software, especially to agencies or venues.
  • A third language, especially another of the languages we serve.
  • You have run events yourself and know what goes wrong at the door.

The terms

Hybrid
You work from home and from your city. Partnerships and city trainers spend part of every week with customers, at venues and at the industry’s own events.
Your language and flawless English
You speak the language of the country you apply from as a native or near-native speaker, and your English is flawless, spoken and written. Our team, our documents and many customers work in English.
One per city, then evenly
Each city starts with one person per role. We add the second when that city’s events call for it, and we keep the cities growing together.
Pay
Partnerships roles are paid a fixed salary plus commission. Trainers are paid a fixed salary. The figures depend on the city and are set out in the first conversation.
Hours
Partnerships roles are full time. Trainer roles are full time, or part time where a city’s volume calls for it — the posting and the conversation say which.
The product is the tool
You run your own demonstrations in Winglark, with real events built for the purpose. You are trained on it before your first customer and you hear about every change before it reaches them.
