The service
Winglark is a tool for organising an event: building a guest list, sending invitations, collecting replies, admitting people at the door, and reporting on what happened.
It is supplied as it is. There is no guarantee that it will be free of faults, and there is no guarantee about the outcome of any event run with it.
Your account
One account, one person. Keep the credentials to yourself; anything done through an account is treated as done by its owner.
An organisation account may have several members, each with a role that limits what they can reach.
Your guest list is yours
You own what you put in. Winglark stores and processes it on your instruction, exports it whenever you ask, and deletes it when you delete it.
You are responsible for having a reason to hold the details of the people on your list, and for telling them what you are doing with them.
What is not allowed
Sending invitations to people who have not given you their details for that purpose. Using Winglark to send anything that is not an invitation to an event you are running. Attempting to reach another organiser’s data.
Paying
The first event is free, with the limits published on the pricing page. Beyond it, Winglark is sold as a plan. While the product is in early access, plans are opened by request and nothing is charged until billing opens.
Sin decidirRefunds, chargebacks, plan changes mid-term and what happens to an unfinished event on a lapsed plan are all undecided.
Ending it
You can close an account at any time and take your data with you.
